No hidden costs, ever. Your quote includes everything: design, production, plating, ribbon, packaging, and shipping. If any optional upgrades (like premium boxes or express delivery) are needed, we’ll confirm before production starts.
Do I have to pay extra for mold or setup fees?
Yes — a one-time mold/setup fee is charged for new designs, but it’s already included in your full quote.
More importantly, we store and maintain your mold for free for up to 3 years. Medal molds need regular maintenance to prevent rust or damage, and we handle that entirely on our end.
For any reorder within 3 years, you won’t pay this fee again.
