1. Solution
- Based on the known information and pictures, our artwork designer spent 2 hours to draw multiple 2D versions for the customer's reference;
- Add a text plate on the windmill base;
- The whole would be plated with antique nickel, and the blades are finished with gray soft enamel, which looks more coordinated and unified, and highlights the shape of the blades;
- In addition, in order to ensure the stability of the spinning pin, although the size is not large, we added two pins on the back.

After the customer had confirmed the artwork, we started production. There were still the following points that need to be paid attention to during production:
- Due to the small size, it takes enough patience to make the middle positioning point of the rotating top and bottom pieces;
- The enamel area behind the letters is small, but the color should be even and full;
- Pay attention to the aesthetics of the rivet points on the back, which should not be too large;
- The polishing of the sides can’t be too heavy, and the strength should be equal to ensure that the thickness of the blades is the same.
This customer rarely makes samples and leaves the production to us throughout the process. After all, it is the customer's first attempt, and we took the initiative to share the production updates with him to let him understand the production progress and actual effect.
